The bright red rooster-esque looks like a chicken and that may be the reason why this name became ' Chicken & Kitchen'. Different people has different style of tea making. So the boiling time can be adjusted according to our need. Simply turn the crank to set the time from 5 minutes to about an hour, and at the set minute, this
