Designer Edward Hale recently showed us his interesting LG concept phone, called Triptych. This folding phone can turn into a tablet and it features a main screen and two auxiliary displays that are able to fold out, in order to provide more reading, playback and typing space.
We guess that the device is running Android and we just had a thought: what if this device could run Android Gingerbread or 2.4 when in phone mode and switch to Honeycomb when it enters big screen (tablet) mode? Considering that LG is yet to reveal its first tablet, we’ll wait and see if they will use any ideas from concepts like the one you can see here.
You can learn more about Edward’s work over here. (Via)
